Meet the Founder
Terrace Townsend is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur, business strategist, author, and speaker with more than a decade of experience helping entrepreneurs launch, structure, and grow successful businesses. She is the Founder and Principal Strategist of LIC Business Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping founders build strategic brands, develop efficient operations, and create businesses designed for sustainable growth.
Through LIC Business Solutions, Terrace has supported more than 100 entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into viable businesses. Her work focuses on helping clients clarify their vision, build strong brand positioning, and implement the systems and strategies needed to scale with confidence. Known for her strategic thinking and results-driven approach, Terrace is passionate about equipping entrepreneurs with practical tools that lead to measurable progress.
Prior to launching LIC Business Solutions, Terrace built a diverse career in corporate marketing, consulting, and business strategy. She held roles with global organizations including CBRE, the world’s leading commercial real estate services firm, and Texas Instruments, where she supported strategic marketing initiatives, client engagement, and business development efforts. She has also partnered with organizations such as The Big Ten Network, the University of Notre Dame, The Aitch Foundation, and Heraeus Kulzer on marketing and experiential campaigns.
Terrace holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship, and multiple certifications in marketing and social media strategy. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration.
Outside of her work, Terrace is a wife and proud mother of three.
